We pair you with 1-7 other owners with complementary usage needs to buy your dream home in Bali together. Each owner only covers their purchase price and maintenance cost
BUY
We handle all the paperwork from due diligence to contracts. Your ownership is notarized by an independent notary and your shares are held through a private company, for extra security.
Own
Paradyse's 5-star home management and concierge services take care of all ownership hassles, so that you can simply arrive and enjoy your Bali escape. We've got you covered from daily cleaning and maintenance to filing your taxes.
Stay
You book your stays through your owner app and travel only with hand luggage, because your belongings are waiting for you. Our 5* concierge will help you customize your stay with private chefs or yoga classes. In addition, you can swap stays with other co-owners in different properties.
