MAKING PARADYSE ATTAINABLE
PARADYSE was founded to make the dream of owning a luxury home in paradise accessible to everyone. With 8 years of combined experience investing in Bali’s property sector, our founders saw the immense potential for both lifestyle and financial returns, made all the more attractive by the rising cost of living, making property investment inaccessible in many major global cities. Yet, we also recognized the barriers to investing in Bali—rising costs, complex logistics, and the need for heavy time investment to navigate local nuances.
Paradyse was born to bridge this gap. By introducing managed Co-Ownership, we combine deep local expertise, seamless management, smart technology, and a love for tropical living to make owning a piece of paradise simpler and more affordable. Marius Scholinz
Co-Founder
A serial entrepreneur and investor, Marius has lived in Asia for 9 years. A former McKinsey consultant, he founded a healthcare startup and worked in venture capital before turning his focus to Bali’s property market 3 years ago, where he has successfully invested and developed multiple projects. Passionate about simplifying ownership, Marius is driven to create effortless access to luxury living for a global audience.
Marcus Jilla
Co-Founder
Also a serial entrepreneur and investor, Marcus has lived in Asia for 14 years. He has worked as a BCG strategy consultant, founded and sold a $10m hospitality brand, and led operations for a $400m e-commerce venture investor. Marcus has been coming to Bali for over 15 years. Transfixed by the island’s charm, he started investing in Bali’s real estate market 3 years ago, seeing it as perfectly positoned to address both changing global values and rising costs. He is building Paradyse to make this opportunity accessible to everyone.
